Prices

All our prices include VAT. Prices shown in currencies other than EUR are only indicative, since the charge is always made in EUR and it is the client's bank that applies the exchange rate from EUR to the local currency. The rate applied to our prices is the official European Central Bank rate and is updated daily.

Product Availability

In principle, all products in our store are available, unless displayed as "unavailable" in the product description. Please note that, due to their artisanal nature, many of our products are subject to limited production. In the case that stock of a product runs out at the moment you place your order and we have been unable to update this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to offer you a similar product or to refund you in full for the corresponding amount.

Shipping

Under normal conditions, delivery will take place between 24h-72h for Spain (Mainland), Andorra and Portugal, and up to 96h for the Balearic Islands and other countries of the European Union (in business days), a time which may be additionally extended by up to 48 hours (in business days).
The maximum weight per order may vary according to shipping method and destination, and as such we ask that you visit the Frequent Questions section for more information.
We do not fulfill orders to PO boxes.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail at info@vinusvinis.com no later than 7 business days following the receipt of your order, clearly indicating the nature of the problem. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible thereafter to seek a satisfactory solution and to indicate to you the steps to be followed.

If one or more items have arrived with transit damage, we will send you a new product or make a full refund to the credit card account from which payment was made (this shall not apply if goods have deteriorated because the recipient was not present to receive the package). In all cases, you will need to send us a photograph of the damaged product. If one or more products received do not correspond with your purchase, we will send you the correct products or make a full refund to the credit card account from which payment was made. In both cases, alturgellgourmet will assume any additional transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with in any way.

If you are not satisfied and/or want to cancel your order for any reason other than those listed above, you may return the product or products in question. In this case, upon receiving the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount to the credit card account from which payment was made. Please note however that the transport costs for return will be at your expense. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to make a cancelation, we will refund you for the full amount.

In all cases, it is imperative that you contact us by e-mail at info@vinusvinis.com no later than 7 business days following receipt of the order, clearly indicating to us the problem or the reason for return. We will not accept returns or exchanges if we have not received prior notification.

Alcoholic Beverages

The minimum age for purchasing alcohol in our store is 18. 

Credit Card Payment Security

Vinus Vinis SL guarantees you the highest level of security and confidentiality when you shop at our store. Similar to the operation carried out at an ATM, when you shop at Vinus Vinis SL, the data on your credit card is encrypted using SSL security protocol and is transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution, which accepts or rejects the payment. As such, the information transmitted over the network enjoys complete security, and SL Vinis Vinus does not retain the data at any point, meaning that it can be neither viewed nor archived.

Checking of Personal Information

Vinus Vinis SL reserves the right to contact clients and/or carry out certain checks when it sees fit, in order to ensure the authenticity of the personal information provided.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Vinus Vinis SL reserves the right, under certain conditions, to request that its clients pay by bank transfer.

In this mode of payment, the term of the reservation will be 7 days, after this period you will lose the reservation of products and you will have to make the order again.

You can access your personal information at any time in order to remove it (provided you have not placed any orders) or to make corrections.

Applicable Legislation and Competent Jurisdiction.

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, expressly submit themselves to the Barcelona Judiciary to settle disputes that may arise due to the transactions and contractual relationships subject to the present general conditions of the contract.

The user and/or client of Vinus Vinis SL promises to always provide accurate responses to the information requested in the user registration form, and to keep this information updated at all times. Likewise, we promise to store with confidentiality and with the utmost diligence your passwords to our online store.
