ELABORATION:
El Castro de Valtuille Joven red wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks. and it expands its range of nuances by aging, only part of it, in wooden tubs. It is bottled without being filtered or stabilized.
TASTING:
Clean, bright and medium-high layer, it shows a bright cherry red color with reddish edges; fine tear half tinted.
On the nose complex and intense appreciations; It is very expressive and powerful, with a defined black fruit, a lot of black currant among nuanced herbal notes, aromas that suggest toasting and elegant mineral notes of slate.
Sweet, compact and enveloping are three parameters that define this wine very well. The touch is sensational; smooth and round, without rough tannicities or green edges.
PAIRINGS:
El Castro de Valtuille Mencía red wine pairs perfectly with rice, meat, roasts, cheeses and game.
