ELABORATION:

The Finca Tresolmos Verdejo white wine is made from Verdejo vineyards planted on the Tres Olmos estate which is located in the Matapozuelos district, Valladolid province, between the banks of the Adaja and Eresma rivers in the heart of DO Rueda. The soil is sandy-limestone, with a sandy silt texture. The average age of the vineyard is 25 years and the plantation frame is 3x3.

Cold maceration of the grapes for 8 hours and a subsequent fermentation at 14 ° C, for a perfect preservation of fruit and varietal aromas.

TASTING:

This 100% Verdejo white wine is visually distinguished by paler yellow-greenish tones.

On the nose, its great complexity stands out, displaying intense varietal notes seasoned by mineral, toasted and bakery nuances, all subtly flavored.

In the mouth it denotes youth, demonstrating its breadth to improve. Meaty, tasty with a very pleasant and distinctive mineral finish
